In this project, the relationship between the acidity of the rainwater used to water the bean plants and the height of the bean plants after a week is investigated. Green beans of the same kind were watered daily for a week with rainwater of the pH ranging from pH2.0 to pH8.0. The experimental results proved that green bean plants are most suited to grow under environments with constant rainwater with the acidity of pH 6.0 daily. The results provide insight as to what acidity of rainwater is most suited for green bean plants.
